Before you go mad with these diabetic recipes there are a couple of points that you need to take on board.

Firstly, just because a recipe is classed as a ‘diabetic recipe’ does NOT mean it is an ‘eat as much as you want’ recipe – you still need to practice portion control and use common sense when cooking and eating these recipes.

Secondly, these recipes are ‘in the public domain’ and as such, many have been submitted by members of the public – there is no way we can cook and check each recipe – so PLEASE use your own judgement… if a recipe seems wrong, then don’t cook it (but do let us know, so we can amend or remove it from the collection).
